TERMS & CONDITIONS: These terms apply exclusively to transactions conducted on the Happy Hour Home Bartending Supply LLC website.

Order Processing & Delivery: We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience. However, occasional delays may occur as we rely on external carriers such as the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) for order fulfillment. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue. Domestic orders typically arrive within 30 days, while international shipments may take longer. Customers are not responsible for undelivered items, provided that the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.

International Customers: If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your country’s customs office may impose import duties and brokerage fees. These charges are not collected at checkout and remain the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is abandoned due to unpaid fees, a refund will not be issued.

Out-of-Stock Items: Occasional stock shortages may occur. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will automatically refund the cost of that item and ship the remaining products in your order.

Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify items or quantities. If an order needs to be corrected, please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must report the issue within seven days of delivery with photographic proof. Claims made beyond this period may not qualify for replacement or refund. We may require incorrect items to be returned at our expense before issuing a resolution. Failure to return such items may result in additional charges.
